Linen Details

Hillcrest Orchards is one of the only venues that includes linens free of charge with your rental. Below is important information regarding your linen options and things to keep in mind when making your color selections:

• Colors often appear differently on your screen! Feel free to ask us in person to see the color examples.

• Linens and napkins are available in a variety of colors. However, not all linen sizes are available in all colors. Please contact us with any questions.

• Linen setup will be completed by Hillcrest Orchards staff. This includes the placement of napkins, silverware, and china (if applicable).

• The availability of colored linen options is subject to change. We use a third-party vendor to source your linens, because of this we are subject to their options and availability.

• We must know your linen choices no later than two weeks before your wedding. This gives us plenty of time to confirm availability and make any adjustments if necessary.
