At Hillcrest Orchards, we provide the main areas of investment for your wedding day (venue, food, and drink), but we know it is helpful to get an idea of your total wedding day budget so we provided the calculator below.

This is not a guarantee of service or cost. The first four questions (guest count, day of week, drinks, and food) allow us to provide a very accurate estimate for all the services that we provide. Everything after that is simply an estimate based on our couples’ experience and our relationships with area vendors.

*** Catering is subject to a 22% service fee required by our catering partner and is included in this estimate. An 18% gratuity is also added to any food charges for your convenience, this is also included in this estimate.
